Introduction

The double-rotor pulverizer consists of three parts: feeding mechanism, pulverizing chamber (rotor, hammer, sieve, tooth plate), and discharging part (fan, collecting cylinder, dust collecting cloth bag). The two rotors in the pulverizing chamber are arranged horizontally. The rotational speed of the rotor is 100 m/s, the width of the crushing chamber is 660 mm, and two impeller feeding rollers are installed above the rotor. There is an adjusting guide plate device on the adjacent areas of the rotating edges of the two rotors, respectively. During operation, the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding mechanism, and flies to the tooth plate under the blow of the high-speed rotating hammer, and collides with the tooth plate. After returning, it is hit by the hammer again. At the same time, the material is subjected to strong friction between the screen surface and the hammer. Under the action of repeated blows, collisions and frictions, the raw materials are gradually crushed. After the fan pulls the crushed material out of the screen hole, It is still necessary to pass the powder collecting device (such as collecting cylinder, dust collecting bag, etc.)
