Introduction

The buffer silo is mainly used for feeding the packaging scale. The machine mainly includes a silo plus vibrating motor and a feeding belt conveyor. The frequency converter controls the feeding of the belt conveyor at the lower part of the silo. After the material is put into the silo in the previous process, it is automatically sent out by the belt conveyor. The vibrating motor prevents the material from being blocked. The buffer storage bin is mainly composed of storage hopper, vibration motor, discharge belt, and frequency conversion control cabinet.

There is only a small hopper on the upper part of the packaging machine, and the operator of the packaging machine cannot stop. The lower part of the buffer silo is opened according to the angle of the belt conveyor to prevent the material from being blocked. Buffering support is provided between packer operators leaving their operations. The belt conveyor at the lower part of the storage bin uses a frequency conversion motor, and the speed of the belt conveyor is automatically adjusted by frequency conversion along with the discharge speed of the packaging machine.
